In the last week of January, 2025 I took an escape to nature as I visited Tajpur - a small coastal village of East Medinipur district of West Bengal. Tajpur is not so popular sea beach, though it is near Digha - the most popular sea beach and beach tourist spot of the state.
All operators have 4G here and usable but BSNL's 4G is most unstable, considering it is being rolled out. Though I was getting two signals of BSNL 2G - may of West Bengal and Orissa's.
Only Jio 5G is latching sometimes - that's too NR-700.
There is no 5G network from Airtel. Airtel is using LTE2100, Vi using LTE1800 and Jio 4G is using combination of LTE800 & LTE2300.
