Seems like Tata Tele is moved on from its Docomo branding, as it is geared up for Tata Sky Broadband (www.tataskybroadband.com).
So Tata opted a new brand name for its fibre based broadband services, and it's their popular DTH services - Tata Sky. The choice of such brand, is definitely to target TV, Internet and Fixed Line market at a go. That's the thing Jio aims to achieve with GigaFiber.
In December 2018, Tata Sky Broadband was launched in 12 cities - Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Pune, Bhopal, Chennai, Gurugram, Thane, Noida, Bengaluru and Mira Bhayandar (Maharastra). By February end of this year the list expands to another 3 cities Kolkata, Pune and Jaipur.
Back in 2017 end, while Tata Tele's wireless segment was planned to sell off to Airtel. Though the deal is almost done now, we can check that Tata Docomo's 2G network is still live though and the users can get 3G and 4G (later by SIM upgrade). Tata Tele now holds fixed line services, broadband and enterprise segments under their hood.
However Tata Docomo's website is still running at tatadocomo.com which showing different products including GSM Prepaid, Photon services etc, and wired broadband section asks to move to Tata Tele Broadband.
I am not surprised by this, as TataIndicom.com is still running. And it is showing that :
Tata Indicom services are not available in Delhi circle. For help and support call 1860 266 5555 or drop an email to listen@tatadocomo.com
** it should be noted that Tata Indicom CDMA shut down in Delhi NCR on 19th March 2018.
Pathetic state of India's Wired Broadband
Now before I write more regarding Tata's freshly branded broadband services, I would like to remind few things of 2007 to 2014 when I tried to get Tata, Reliance and Sify broadband services in my home, which is a suburb of Kolkata. None of them were available! Even Tikona was absent.
In 2015 I got my hands on Alliance Broadband and it's probably no 1 in Kolkata right now, beating BSNL, Airtel, Meghbala and others.
And Tata Sky Broadband is at same fate, on their official website they are saying in Kolkata their service is limited to New Town and Rajarhat only (Pin code are 700135 & 700156). That means Kolkata may skip TSB as well.
However as far as I know Tata's older broadband network was well established and deep rooted in Kolkata - mainly central and south Kolkata. But that was mostly on ADSL based network, and I guess that Tata Tele is upgrading it to Fiber and eventually these areas would be shown under Tata Sky Broadband.
Google reviews of Tata Sky Broadband rates a 1.4 and 98% reviews are vocal to worst services.

Updated Jan 2022: Tata has been refocusing its strategy from DTH to OTT, and Tata Sky has been rebranded as Tata Play and so the fiber broadband as Tata Play Fiber.
