Reliance Industries owned Infotel Broadband Services Ltd which bagged pan India 20MHz BWA spectrum on 2300MHz band in 2010 auction is in the limelight for some time.
As we know from the latest scoop Infotel is doing trials in Jamnagar and finalizing roll out plans.

there is strong rumor that Infotel already chose Nokia Siemens Network for pan India LTE-TDD roll out.
In general idea NSN bids higher than Huawei or ZTE, and hence operators have to bent to Chinese vendors. But I guess as it is big commitment Infotel negotiated with NSN to keep the price low. Also as Infotel is making world class 4G network, and Western vendors are considered to be better than Chinese ones, and well as more secure in terms of National Security.
